WHO CONVERTS AMP GAUGES TO VOLTS?

I remember seeing this a looooong time ago, that someone actually converted one for a late B body, and I'm sure others as well. Anyone know who does this?

Mopar Action did a how to on a 71 B body once. You had to look hard to tell the difference.

welll I'm pro ammeter gauge guy... When you undertand how it works, what it means on how to keep safe your charging network, won't get worried anyore about the ammeter ghost fears

I haven't read it really, but on a quick overview checked they mention about the sunpro voltimeter gauge which uses to be the one used on the conversion

aside that, well your late B body is a shunted charging system so you have less to worry about the ammeter ghostes and fears LOL

This are replacing the full load ammeters, where the hosuing and PCB are diff from the shunted kind. on the shunted kind will need to isolate from PCB ( if pressent ) and not just the housing

The one I saw had even changed the face of the gauge to indicate volts vs amps.

I had a company do one for me. I think it’s called Instrument Specialties. They don’t change the face to volts thought. Did the complete gauge set for 70 RR.
