And the Cap
What is the correct finish and sheen for restoration?
Photos a plus.

There was a chart of all of the components and their paint/finish/plating anyone have that?

I assume you are asking for disc brakes? Everything is gloss black. I've never seen a chart, but finishes on OEM Mopar master cylinders is covered in my Mopar Action article that a pdf is posted here somewhere.
I've usually used semi gloss black when I painted a restored master cylinder I'm installing on one of my cars. Even NOS ones I've had were semi gloss, but I think that is because the gloss faded some with time and I am looking at a 40-50 year old NOS part.

Model year matters too, so what are you working on?

A '9191 was painted black both 70 and 71. Here's a picture of a NOS 9171 which is very similar.
