Difference in M and H e body harness.

So I’m changing my oem 70 dash harness. I have the M and H harness. The fuse block is different for the horn relay. Look in the parts book,I see they changed horn relays in 71 to a Buzzer, w/relay, horn and key warning. So. I assume you just swap to a 71 relay and everything works correctly?
