70 ROAD RUNNER NUMBERS - 02/16/18 08:29 PM

Got a lead on a F4 or F8 green 70 Road Runner 383 4 speed pistol grip bench seat hardtop.
Primer over original paint.
Black guts ralleye dash no tach, factory 3 spoke woodgrain steering wheel
Had not seen the car-just pics.
Car is complete but it does need full resto.(quarters, trunk, frame rails, front fenders, etc, etc.)
I have no b-sheet,vin or fender tag yet.

Just wondering how many were built with 383 4 speed pistol grip with bench seat ?
What would be the more expensive parts to locate being a 70 and knowing a lot of one year only parts may have to be replaced??
Thanks in advance

THANKS!!
Basically, the most common next to the 727 equipped cars.
Going to take a closer in person look to see if it is worth restoring.
If she is very crusty, she may be worth more in parts.

Did the Pistol grip come on the 3 speed manual cars??
Thanks again.

Air Grabber stuff is probably the biggest expense items

Thanks. Luckily (depends on how you look at it) she does not have the Air Grabber hood.
