Passon or Brewers should have those parts.

The bushing oiling hole isn't lined up with the gear hole at all. I'm thinking if I were to press it out it might need a new one..

not knowing the part, could you possibly use a drill through the oiling hole to drill through the bushing ? just a thought.

If its not worn just slot thru the brass with a dremel wheel and call it good.

Those bushings are staked into the gear. Like others have said just open up the bushing through the slot.

Thanks for the reply Dan, the bushing does seem to be a little worn so if I was going to mess around with it I think I'd rather spend the time replacing it. Are the Bushings available? Do You sell them? Thanks

I don't have any new ones left. I probably have a damaged gear that has a good bushing if you want to do it that way.
