looks similar to ones i have seen attached to spare tire brackets welded to the trunk floor. there are several different lengths, so i can't be more specific. or it may not be a mopar part at all.

I actually have a pair of them, so I wondering if they were used in pairs. Also notice the cotter pin that is located at the bolt head end and what purpose would that severe?

as i said, it may not even be a mopar part at all. the parking brake adjuster usually have twice the threads as the bolt shown, and most are 5/16 thread. what thread size is the bolt pictured ?

You might be right at that. I have had the pair for sometime and I have know idea where I got them from. There a chance that it might not even a automotive part... The threads are 5/16"
