It is used to dress valve grinding stones at different angles. Not many still use stones but some do. It has some value.
Don't have the holders for the stones by chance?

Sioux uses something similar. Be good for someone who has a Sioux or sim I'll lar setup in their garage. Probably not going to get huge money though.

It’s worth decent money to someone that can use it.
The problem is, each brand of tooling kinda needs their own stuff for compatibility.
Snap-on more than likely had that made by another manufacturer.
What diameter is the pilot?
Each brand has their own size, so the size of that pilot would give you an idea of what it’s compatible with(Sioux, kwik-way, black and decker, etc).
