Nos rocker panel question

I bought a bunch of nos stuff a few weeks ago, there was a Nos rocker panel in the stash. I can't find out what it fits, any help is appreciated. Part #3445964, it looks c-body to me, it also has a very faint sticker on the back that says Newark parts Depot. Thanks guys.
