were do I go to get fender tag explained?

I know of this 64 Fury wagon that I am looking at, would be different to make run again, but decoding the tag is different than the later cars. Who does this?

1128 = SPD (11/28/63)
7172 = Shipping Order Number
377 = Fury station wagon 3-seat
H4Q = High grade vinyl interior - "turquoise"
WK2 = "white" roof & "medium turquoise" body two-tone paint

first 4-digits of VIN would make decoding some of the rest easier

The site My Mopar,com has a decoder,for example your #41 means 318 engine

edit: on second thought,the 31 on the tag may be the engine(273) the 4 and 1 look to be spaced.
