2014 Avenger Throttle body replacemnt. Relearn procedeure?

Dealer wants over $600 to replace the throttle body ( its my sisters car )
I can a get a new Mopar TB for under $250 and put it on myself.

Can anyone tell me if I HAVE to take it back to the dealer to have this so called relearn procedure done?

On the Ram all I had to do was depress the gas pedal three times slowly with the key on but not started.
