rim offset

Im completing a build on a 67 Coronet 500 street car with an 8 3/4 rear, stock wheel tubs and Caltracs set up and im wondering what people are running for rims as far as rim width and back space front and rear. Also what size tires are you running front and rear. Thanks in advance!
