1967 2 speed wiper, A-body.
When Wipers are turned off, they go to Park and then travel up a fraction.
According to the '67 FSM the timing of the Park timing should be adjusted. Where or how is the Park Switch timing on the 2 speed motor? Are they refering to a mechanical adjustment?
