Need a source to match up tie rod dust boots

This is for my old 92 D250 2WD CTD truck. I can't seem to keep outer tie rod dust boots on it. I would like to try some poly boots if I could match them up.

The stud is 3/4" and the base is 1 7/8".

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
