Anyone remember the TRW L2380P advertised compression ratio? - 04/19/17 02:34 AM
I am looking for a good piston for a 360 to put it in the 9-9.5:1 compression ratio and ran across a set of TRW L2380Ps and was just wondering what the advertised ratio was. I know there are many factors involved in figuring the exact ratio but since it is not critical that is be exact I just want enough compression to be effective and have no trouble with pump gas. I have a set of uncut J heads with 1.88s and the deck is stock height.

the number 2380 is for AMC 401 engine. 2386 is for 360 mopar. CR, frm 9.23 to 8.59 depending on chamber volume. it is a flat top piston.

That is what prompted the question but after looking at them on the zoom I see a few things I don't like not to mention that he list them as forged and I thought all their forged pistons ended with an F not a P.

Looking at the pictures, pretty sure it's 2380. Might still be forged though.
