Has anyone installed headers on a 65 Dart170 with a 360 magnum motor and 727 trans.? What problems can I expect?

what headers do you have in mind? there are the Hooker 5208 fenderwells. OT you may or may not have interference at the trans tunnel with a 727 (early A have tolerance issues in some areas but are my favs). Likely the tunnel lip will need to be flattened (best is to grind it off/weld that seam). I would (highly) suggest a 904 but it sounds like you have the eng/trans as a unit or likely it is already in there.

I want use TTI under chassis headers. Will they work?

Call TTI to make sure,951-371-4878 after 8:00 AM PDT 
I have a local customer who is going to need headers for his 1966 Dart GT with a 340 stroker motor with Eddy RPM heads, he is looking at TTI also

I've heard nothing but good regarding TTI (not for that app but in general). As you know they ain't cheap.

With that 727, it will help to pound the pinch weld flat on the firewall to trans tunnel flange.
