removing 64 plymouth fury backseat?

i must of taken a least a couple dozen back seats out. i have 1 now that doesn't want to come out. i push back and down on it. nothing! the seats were reskined awhile back does that have anything to do with it? what am i missing?

Down some first and then back hard and then up. Sometimes they can be a woman...
