I've only found drag radials. was hoping maybe someone knew of somebody making a street radial. I've got stuck in the rain before with drag radials and i don't want to do that with my bee..

I have ran 295s on the Cuda for over a decade. Ever since I built my first 500" wedge. I used to have both street tires and drag tires and switch back and forth. Mostly do to the fear of wet roads. But after a couple of years I realized that the power that the car had was much more of a challenge on wet roads than the drag radials were. And that the street tires had their own dangers at the power levels that require 295 tires. So I don't buy street tires anymore. Only DRs.

In my experience, if a combo has the power to need 295s to hold it, then DRs pose no more risk on the street than regular street tires. The driver's familiarity with his car and his abilities are way more important.
