Anyone have a 72 Road Runner? I custom made a grill...

Hello fellow Mopar Lovers,
I do restorations for a living and a 19 year old kid brought me a 72 Satelite that he wanted to make into a 72 Road Runner clone. He needed / wanted a grill and they are hard to find and when you do find them they are very expensive and he doesn't have alot of money to spend on a used grill that still will need to be painted at minimun. So...I took his 72 Satellite grill and made a representation of the 72 Road Runner grill and I think it came out pretty good. I haven't figured out my time that I have invested in this but I think about a week from start to finish. I thought I would post a picture and see what my fellow Mopar guys and gals think. I also found the correct hexagon screen that they used in behind the grill. I haven't made that yet, but shuld be simple to make. Feel free to post here or send me an e-mail at; glr7069@ptd.net

Yes, I have some morte pictures, I will try to post them on here but if you want feel free to e-mail me for more pictures.
I have repaire/restored alot of Plastic grills and consoles the past 20 years and I also make custome air cleaner assemblies...for Hemi's, 440-6 packs and single four barrel carbs.

Well, I haven't figured out the time that I have in makng this one but I can tell you that the special adhesive/filler is expensive and I would also need a nice complete 71-72 Satellite grill assembly ...and another 71-72 center section of a satellite grill in order to make the base part of the grill to give the depth. Then I also need a 72-74 Cuda lower front valance for the center "Tooth" for the grill.

I also restored a dash gauge cluster and dash bezel (see attached picture) ...found a nice match to the original color of brown.
