Turn Signal Switch Assembly - 02/16/09 09:49 PM
A have a couple of Turn Signal Switch Assembly questions.
Would the Mopar Part 04293102 work for a 1971 Dodge Polara?
Are the B and C Body assembly the same?
Is there a better place to buy it than Chrysler?
Here is a link:

Thanks,
Dave

4293102 is for a non tilt column and a car with cornering lamps. Look at the pic and you will see 2 wiring harness connectors. It will still work but the 3 wire cornering lamp harness connector will be unused. If you need one for non tilt column without cornering lamps, you need 4293103, it doesn't have the 3 wire connector.

I don't have cornering lights or a tilt column.
Thanks for the help.

3488477 = 71 B & C-Body non-tilt.
2947503 = 70 A, B & C-Body non-tilt.
2857241 = 68 B & C-Body non-tilt.
2857241 = 69 A, B & C-Body non-tilt.
You will need to find the superseded part numbers.
4293102 = 2947503, 3488477

3488805: turn signal switch assy; 1970-76 A, B, E, C bodies ss to: 4293102 $50.10
2947801: turn signal switch 66-69 A body $53.35
I don't know if the numbers are any good anymore but these were that last known good #'s
