I just rebuilt my small block stroker, how long do I run the engine for a proper break in and at what RPMs? and when do I change the oil?? thanks Moparts..

20-30 minutes at 2000-2500 rpms
Change oil right after break in.

I like to drive them right after I am sure there are no leaks.
Light throttle to 60, then coast down to 25-30 , do this 3-5 times.
Them again with medium throttle, and finally at 3/4 throttle 3 times. Never rev it over 4000 rpm's.
I've never had an oil burner!
