1969 road runner advertisement wheel covers - 02/12/09 12:07 AM
In 1969 Plymouth had wheel covers on some road runners at the dealership. They were white flat metal or wood with the road runner logo on the side. Does any one reproduce them? Where could I get a set?
Thanks.

They were a cardboard ad gimic and thrown away after the sales event. As far as I know they were never reproduced.

dodg dealerships as well as plymouth dealerships had these promo discs for the A12 cars on their showroom floor. they were only made on thin stamped metal.
they were reproduced a hile back. i think someone is doing them now.they are around $400.00 reproduced. originals are high priced.

My kid has a NOS set.He paid 450 for his like 5 years ago.He is thinking about having my fabricator buddy make a set that have the 300 logo on them for his 62 using the OEs as a template.Rocky

thanks rocky !
i don't think they would be that hard to fab if i could get a couple of measurements. the pics i have give me an idea of what they are supposed to be, but the measurements will be extreemely helpful !
