If a Carter AVS 4616 would work for you I have one restored to like new. I saw some 4682 Carter's for sale on EBay for around $150, but they need complete restoration. I'm no expert.
Once you find the carb you are looking for I can restore it for you.

What if shafts are frozen?? Can you fix them??

That's a case by case but USUALLY, yes.
These are 409 Chevy carbs, they were solidly frozen. The shafts were so rusted and frozen that they had to be destroyed and cut out in pieces which was required to save the castings, the carbs ended up being really nice in the end. There was an extra cost for the required replacement core parts.

There were different #s, depending on AT or 4-speed, AC or non-AC, Calif (1 centered mixture screw) or 49-state (2 mixture screws).
(4615, 4616, 4638, 4682, 4711)
Back in the day, some of us would swap a 440's AVS on.
(4617, 4618, 4640)

Holleys started on the 1970 383 Roadrunners--Carter before that.
