Dana 60 gear swap and sure grip rebuild - 07/09/16 05:24 PM

I'm looking for an online resource for info on steps to rebuild.
I'm swapping damaged 4.10 for another set.
All new bearings and replacing the clutches in the sure grip.

There are some helpful tips for basic at home rebuilds from a site called Pirate 4X4.
Just google it.
Set-up bearings make the job go much smoother and when you get your parts from doctordiff you will have everything you need the first time. I would upgrade the side gears to the ones Cass sells they are much stronger than the factory 2 piece gears.
