What is this part - on transmission crossmember? SOLVED!

Hi all,

When I removed the 727 transmission from my '71 Satellite, I found this piece:



It was lying on top of the crossmember:



I don't see any mention, or picture, of it in the FSM. Anybody know what it is, or what it's for? Thanks.

Rear parking brake cable slide I think? Been a long time since I was under a car that new.

Bingo!! My friend was helping me remove the tranny, and he actually took the cable out, which is why I didn't remember it. Thanks!!
