What was stock width on magnum 500's in 1968? i read 5.5" but wasn't sure if that was the only width. will a 245/60/14 tire fit?

The narrowest rim recommended for a 245/60 (From BFG at least) is a 7". So I would say they are too wide to run on something like a 5.5" wheel.

I had a 68 GTX vert once with 245/60 tires on 14x5,5
It worked
