1971 Duster radio bezel HELP needed - 04/11/16 01:52 PM

My 1971 Duster has a perfect Dash, The chrome and woodgrain on the dash are perfect. Someone in the early 70's cut the Radio bezel and installed a Mopar cassette radio I want to put in the original AM radio and want to keep my bezel, Does anyone make a plate to fit over the cut bezel? OR any help would be great.

There's no bolt on fix for that, however, you can use a standard dash bezel as a bandaid approach to getting something that looks more like it belongs there.

Or install a really cool, period-correct AM/FM/8-track player. Unfortunately with the rallye cluster, once it's been cut - you find a new cluster. There's no easy way to rebuild that.

I had the same issue with my Swinger years ago. Somebody had hacked the dash very poorly for a cassette deck. I cleaned up their hack job as best I could, found a Motorola deck that fit and used the factory knobs. A lot of people mistook it for factory - even some hard core mopar people!
