Most any A-B-E body car stuff can be adapted. Easiest to find and work with is the late model A body stuff. Just call up DoctorDiff and get a complete setup.

Once you get spindles from any of the cars listed above you can get the rest from your local parts store. Everything but the spindles you would probably want to replace anyway. And of course Dr diff and others offer complete kits with everything you need.

Just finished doing that on my 64. Everything included and new. Pretty simple way to do it for a very fair price IMO.

So these days everything is reproduced to do the A body knuckle with 10.78 or 11.75 rotors. The taller (and lighter) FMJ knuckle isn't reproduced so if you want to go the tall knuckle route you have to find originals.
...or get the Wilwood Pro Street kit for drum spindles and shave a ton of weight! Aluminum hub, aluminum caliper and easily bolts to existing spindles.

careful on the scarebird stuff. if you fill your wheel wells, it will then push the tires out so they stick out past the fenders. if you are on the edge already.

I had the A body spindles on my 65.Changed them to the taller b body ones I had.Been on for at least 15 years.I run C body disc/drum masters on conversions.Even leavin drums all around we still run the 70 c body masters just drum/ drum.Did my kids 62 300 like that and it went 14 years till he sold the car.The taller spindles I think make alignment better.Rocky

The Wilwood kit is the chit!!! But it's the top of the food chain...That's what I have for my 65 Bel II. A little closer to the bottom is the 80's Diplomat stuff. I used it on my 70 Satellite...15K with zero issues...

You only need the control arms when installing them on a 67-72 A body. If they're something in decent shape I'd get them too...they'll be easy to sell later....

if you have the earlier control arms and the ball joints and bushings are in good shape, dr.diff sells a spacer that adapts the taper of the small balljoint to the bigger taper in the disc spindle. i have used these and they work very well ! just something for some to consider if contemplating changing upper arms.

moparx is talking about a-bodies. just so you are not confused. the 65 b doesn't need anything but the spindles. you don't need the upper or lower anything to bolt it up.
