6B = 1976 HAMTRAMCK assembly
3199 34 = ?? VIN sequence number (usually no spaces)
PP833 = New Process 4-spd manual transmission
3387 = Thursday, November 5, 1970 assembly date
???? = usually followed by a 4-digit unit number

which tailshaft 1-mount (A-body) or 2-mount (B&E-body)?
