The knuckles will fit on most anything as will the rotors and caliper brackets. The calipers usually aren't used on any swap since the hose placement will be wrong.

That car uses an Isolated K frame.

IIRC the Knuckles are about 3/4" taller than the non isolated K frame cars. The non isolated cars are All A&E body and 72 and older B bodies. Basically any car that may have drum brakes Except C bodies and Trucks. While they will fit older cars it will effect the alignment.

Those are probably Pin type Calipers and are used in a bazillion cars so they aren't that rare.

The Calipers will fit the Early cars with Disk brake knuckles and brackets but as said they will not use a factory hose. You can however improvise if doing a swap.

I believe them to be the same knuckles as used on the '77 Volare I got my disk brakes off of. I switched the calipers to the rear and used '73 Charger brake hoses and it all fit great.

Here is a picture of the difference. It isn't much and not very noticeable if you don't have two side by side.

Ehrenberg did a brake swap article here.
