63 Dodge 330 Push button delete plate?

I picked up a 63 Dodge 330 4 door over the w/e for parts.
318 poly with a 3 on the tree. I noticed it has a push button delete trim on the lower section of the dash. Is this something commonly sought after?

I knew it wasn't something right for a 65 since they didn't have the push button then.
