M.P. 402 Crate Help - Harmonic Balancer & Pulleys - 10/10/15 06:13 PM
Hi, I am trying to kill 2 birds with one stone, I have a 402 crate engine that has a vibration (rpm specific but worse in 4th gear) as well as some belt alignment problems, so I am intending to buy a harmonic balancer and pulley set first before I tear into the engine or pull the trans. My struggle is trying to figure out which harmonic balancer to buy and which pulley kit. There isn't a lot of information out there on this engine. I think the pulley kit should be a standard magnum engine but wanted to see if anyone has any info or good links that could help me verify the right harmonic balancer.
