Windshield Wiper Arms w/Air Foil

What model cars did these wiper arms come installed from the factory, or were these an aftermarket item? Over the years I have seen some old mopars with them and some without, my gtx has them and I beleve they are original units.

My `66 has `em original in polished stainless. I have seen them on C bodies up until about `68 but that`s it.

Both my newport and 300 have them.

So did they end with the 68 model year?

My 93 Dodge Caravan has them!
