Stripes on '71 Charger R/Ts

I have an old copy of a "Dodge/Plymouth Red Book," which breaks-down options codes.

Over the years I have found that it has some innaccuracies, but thumbing through it recently I saw that it listed three (3) colored stripe options for 1971 Charger R/Ts, Super Bees (and 500s). These were: V6X, V6W, and V6R.

I've seen plenty of black (V6X) striped R/Ts, but never any white or red striped cars...

Were these colors really available and does anyone have photos they could post?

It's Peter's(71beeman) car in Sydney, Australia.

The "performance" stripes only came in black.

Perhaps the code is for some pinstripe? Otherwise, those color choices don't seem like 1971's to me. Certainly some guy from PA will join in to confirm. . .

Note that it does say black only for the R/T & Super Bee.

As mentioned, the Bee and R/T stripes were only available in Black from the factory.

I can confirm this with the parts manual, if necessary.
