1970 B Body Bucket Seat Bump Stops

Please post a picture of your 70 B body bucket seat bump stop area with the seat forward, bump stop and latching hardware shown?

A, B & E body bucket seat frames are the same for the 1970 model year & they continued into 1971 before they changed things up some.

This is a well used 1970 driver's side bucket, note that the nylon bumper is gone from the adjusting screw at top right.

Barry, thank you. That's really helpful. Can you tell me, there is an oval plate with two slots in it. Does it go over or under the plate with the catch welded to it? Thanks for the photo.

The shims go under the latch striker at lower left. Some seats need two & they are reproduced.
