I believe the front is set to the same spec as any other Challenger. The factory ride height measurement was the difference between two points. Point "A" is the measurement from the ground to the bottom of the torsion bar adjusting blade. Point "B" is the measurement from the ground to the bottom of the LBJ. A minus B = the ride height given in the FSM.
As for the rear, the rear springs were different on the T/A and AAR. The springs gave them an extra 1" of ride height because of the side exit exhaust tips.

What are A and B supposed to be? Is there a diagram/picture anywhere online to reference?
Here is a diagram. You need to confirm this but I believe the difference between A&B is 1.75". That measurement seemed way too high on my Challenger. I set the car lower then the spec.
E bodies would be a 1.125" difference. Chart below on specs. E bodies are car line B&J, by the way.
Also note how aweful, by today's standards, the alignment specs are. I wouldn't encourage anyone to use these unless you have manual steering and bias ply tires.
Thanks for the pics. That last pic must be from later on maybe mid 70s? just looking at the engines listed so I wonder if earlier years may have been different. I'm guessing ultimately the height should be set to my preference, but would there be anything out there T/A or AAR specific anywhere? Maybe an excerpt from a factory assembly manual?
You also can search out the dealer service bulletins on AAR/TA models which may have a few tid bits of info. Since non of these are reproduced, that I'm aware of you might start with Hamtramck Historical: http://www.hamtramck-historical.com/
I found this online for 1970 Challenger ride height it says 1". Is that referring to the difference between A and B? It doesn't say on the page in the attached picture.
