Mopar Perf Elec Distributor Advancing

I installed a mopar performance distributor and the vacume advance is pulling 60 degrees when plugged up. Whats awrong with it? thanks for any help

sounds like its working fine to me. Timing is checked with the vacuum hose taken off of the dist and plugged. Should read 36-38 degrees at 2500rpm or so.
