72 Challenger Hood Safety Latch

I need to find a hood safety latch for my 72 Challenger.
I can find them on E Bay for a 70 Challenger.

Would the 70 latch work on my 72?

The grill on a 1970 is recessed a lot more than a 72-74 grill. I don't think you will be able to access the release handle. This is the part you need to look for.

Does anyone know where I can get one for a 72?
Anybody repopping these?
My project car did not have one.
