I have a 416 stroker with prepped E-brock heads and similar duration at 0.050 with a comp 274-S solid flat tappet. But 110 centerline and less lift with 1.5 rockers.

I run 91 octane pump gas, have 9.8:1 actual measured compresssion, good quench and I'll ping with 34 total (no vacuum advance) under heavy load warm day. Iirc, I'm running 31 total.

Imho, 11:1 is too much compression if its actually been measured with proper tools to be that. Maybe the specific cam timing events will bleed off some compression.

I have 11.2, j head, with a 200psi cranking . That very low stall is not going to help. I run 93, MSD with very cold plugs, hi stall 4,400, lighter car 3,260, no manifold heat, hood scoops let cold air in. I run 30 total on a msd dizzy no VA. On the strip I would add a few gallons of 110 to be safe.

I think with that cam and heads you'll be ok. I think you could go a little more duration like 240 to 244 @.050 and that would help even more.
