Would this be a '73 E body original spare ?

Just was doing a little cleaning up, and forgot I even had this...just trying to remember what it may have been from. Would it have been from a '73 Barracuda perhaps? (Had one around I think I pulled a spare from, so it came to mind first off)

It's a 7.35 - 14 Goodyear...

Noticed this too...bit of red paint.

Wonder if it had red drums and the spare was used on the back early on? Car had Cragars on it when I had got it, and never not sure what it would have came with originally.

Not that it has anything to do with your question, but does any one remember when there was the "tire shortage" and the new cars were shipped without spares?

Some had mis-matched (brand) spare/ground tires, some had odd brand tires (not the normal, expected stuff), and,IIRC, most simply came with no spare, the dealers had to come up with something ...

I think it was in the early '70s, maybe 73-74?
