hood question 73 dart / 69 barracuda?

Had crazy old timer looking at the 73 dart i just scooped up and said he put a hood from a 67-69 barracuda with no modifications back in his time. I humored him for the time being but is it possible?

73-76 Dart/Dart Sport used the same hood skin as the 69 Barracuda. The underside of the later hood has crumple zones not found on the 69 Barracuda but one will fit on the other. 69 Barracuda only though. Different hood than the 67-68 Barracuda.

I use a hood I removed from a 73 Dart sport on my 69 Barracuda.

Yep, saw a pic of a dart sport with a 69 barracuda front nose on it. Bet he left his original hood on it!

Is there a dedicated hole on the firewall for the wire from the 4 speed trans to fuse block then to the reverse light on the lower dash? If so where is the hole located and what is the diameter?
