Re: Cuda front rubber bumper part number(s) - 01/06/0910:17 PM
Sorry!! I have been gone so long I can't even ask a question properly. What I am looking for is the part numbers of the front rubber bumper BRACKETS. The parts (left and right) that mount the bumpers to the frame.

Thanks Terry and Nacho, I pulled a set of front and rear rubber bumpers off a red Gran Coupe several years ago and since it was easier I ended up with all the brackets too. The part numbers from the fronts are:
Left outer 2962285 left inner ends with 75.6 begining is rusty.
Right outer 2962284 and inner ends with 5.6
Is this telling me that I have chrome bumper brackets?

Dan I pulled a front rubber bumper off a 1970 Cuda 383 in a yard in 1973 and they had the steel bumper bracket numbers. I used it on a car with the brackets intact and the fit was perfect. I'd like to see picture of a pair of the brackets with the 2962442-3, 2962446-7 numbers stamped into them.

I'm pretty sure it was Joe Balboa (Rumblefish) had a pair on Ebay quite a while back and he had pics of the part numbers for them on the listing. At the time I had no reason to double check the #'s to verify for rubber bumpers but Joe is pretty knowledgable.
