Clutch and Brake Pedal Uneven........Update 68 B Body

As I stated in my last post, changed from drum brakes to power disc. Everything is bolted up and the pedals have at least 3 inches height difference. No fluid in the master yet. Everything feels fine, but it looks low....even with the gas pedal. I know they should be different, but that much?

Supposed to be that way, says so right in the service manual. So you can leave your heel on the floor, and not throw everybody through the windshield.

Power is always low, should come up a little when you have it all set up IMO but normal to be much lower with power.

that definitely don't look right to me, id say the pushrod is too short. looks like its almost on the floor.

The rug is not all the way down, because the column is out. There are a few inches until I hit the pan.

Why doesn't it look right? If the pedal doesn't hit the floor when bottomed out, then it's right. It's in black, and white in the service manual.
