Absolutely not. I was working on a 73 Duster and had 72, 74, and 75 doors laying around. I found out that each one was different, especially the later glass! 
The 72 would not work probably because of the extra stiffeners put in the later doors. The 75 had different holes where the glass attached to the mechanism. I believe the 74 did work, I may have to refresh my memory a bit though.

Pretty sure they go 70-72, 73-4, 75-6. You need 70-72 glass, none of the others will work.

Yes, 70-72 Duster and 71-72 Demon are all the same.
