How do you do it? I tried but didn't want to destroy it.

Dodge, Chrysler, etc. factory key fob?
Slide the key out the top of the fob. If you see a small screw, take it out. Then gently pry the two halves apart. I usually just do it with my fingers as to not damage it.
Once apart, you'll see the 2032 battery.
Mike.

Thanks Oz! Very helpful, I was going to ask where to get a battery but the video said RadioShack, now to find one still open.

I've found all sorts of how-to videos on youtube...comes in handy. (especially when working on a car for a friend that I have no idea about
)
Walmart and Target both have little batteries around here too. Might be worth a try, and they are both open real late of course.
