On a 69 Charger there is no road feel when driving the car. Can you put a later steering box on the car to get a resistance feel of driving? Or any thing else can I do?

mabey a close ratio box,i think firm feel makes a 16:1.or try some stiffer shocks.

If you put on a later box, depending on your definition of FEEL it may not be any different, but you'll need to get a pitmarm for a 73 B body as the output of the 73 and later box is larger.

I have a Firm Feel Stage 2 in my 69 R/T and like it a lot.

I find these cars impossible to drive with stock wheel alignment specs. I add more caster, and some negative camber, and road feel returns, along with the steering wheel wanting to return to center.

Used Firm Feel Stage 3 box in my 70 Sport Satellite, along with thier tubular upper control arms. Feels more like a rack & pinion steering system . . . Upper control arms help with more alignment spec movement room . . .
