You know you're making progress when ..

Your non car friends start to notice. We had some friends over this weekend and had to go into the garage. As soon as we walked in both the husband and wife at the same time said "oh my god this is looking good." Amazing how far a little primer goes lol. On another note they were the couple that were over the night I brought it home on my first anniversary which was almost my last. So they seen the car at its worst.

Or when you're washing your hands BEFORE you work on it. Assembly is my favorite part. That's where I am with my daughter's 280Z.
