I believe you can get them in the Dorman Help section of the local parts stores.

FYI, the bushing listed here looks like it's the one for a 2 speed wiper system
But
as a general rule this bushing is used on both 2 speed and 3 speed wipers.
Problem is each takes there own bushing and they are NOT interchangable.
as far as I know the 2 speed is black and the 3 speed bushing is white
