My 69 383 4 spd GTS weighed 3605 at Stanton , I think I was about 190 at the time, spare and jack in the trunk, Sun tach on the column with shift light and controller and rev limiter under the dash, no console, 1/2 tank of gas.

Not a 4 speed, but to help you "ball park" the weight, my 69 GTS comes in at 3395 with 340/727 w/ console and buckets, PS, and about a 1/2 tank of gas. That is with an iron intake and stock exhaust manifolds as well.

For reference, my 68 383 4 speed convertible, PS, and bucket seat w/ counsole car weighs 3570. Might of had some crap in the trunk. Can't remember those details as it was quite some time ago that I had it on the scale.
Now that I think about it, the PS was removed at that time.
