does anyone know how many quarts this 2007 2500 duramax takes including oil filter, cant find it in the service manual/ thanks

http://www.superiorlubrication.com/go to the online application guide, put in your vehicle and it will tell you how many quarts of oil.

My LB7 takes 10 qts. Yours is probably the same. You most likely have the LBZ engine.

thanks guys, its 10 quarts, 5 quarts less than my ford powerstroke diesel
