Different wheelnuts on 1 wheel?

Is it possible that in earlier years they used 4 of the same wheelnuts and 1 different on 1 wheel (that is, the thread I mean)?

I doubt it from the factory. More likley one stud was stripped and replaced with a different type.

Very likley if its a pre-1970 with left hand threads on the left side - its easy to forget and loosen these the wrong way. Result is a stripped stud.
